Update

The site is back up and running — libraries are available and you should be able to access everything as normal now.  We are monitoring things very closely – but as always, please let us know if you are seeing any issues.

We have a few back end issues to work out as a result of today’s events, so we will be taking the site down for about 15 minutes late this evening (around 11pmPST/2amEST).  We’ll keep you updated on the timing of the maintenance, but wanted you to be aware so it doesn’t surprise you (we’re looking at you, Australia!)

Thanks again for your patience as we’ve worked through things today.  Although we always strive for perfection – alas, sometimes we fall short.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
