We are pleased to announce the next installment in the Edmodo Spotlight Webinar series, highlighting how teachers use Edmodo in tech environments ranging
from computer labs to full 1:1 rollouts.
Session Title: Edmodo: From Computer Lab to 1:1
When: November 16, 6pm Eastern (USA)
Hosts: Amanda Youngblood, Olympia High School, Orlando, FL; Geri Campeau, Mater Dei High School, Santa Ana, CA; Mark Madison, McCracken Public Schools, KY
This session will provide examples for educators of all backgrounds; whether all of their students have iPads and laptops, or if they simply have a single computer in the back of their classroom. Amanda Youngblood from Olympia High School in Orlando, FL will demonstrate how teachers with a single computer in the classroom can use Edmodo to engage their students. She will be followed by Geri Campeau, who will highlight how teachers and students use Edmodo on iPads throughout Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, CA. Finally, Mark Madison will provide a district administrator’s perspective of McCracken Public Schools’ 1:1 laptop initiative in Kentucky.
