I introduced my HS students to Edmodo a few months ago, and we began using it daily after winter vacation (when I had some time to explore it). Students report: It’s cool! It looks like Facebook. All of our teachers should use it!

As a busy teacher, Edmodo is a great tool for communicating with my students in and out of the classroom. It’s also useful in keeping a class schedule organized with the Calendar, it makes resources available to all learners 24/7 in the online Library, and grading is less paper-oriented, which allows for quicker grading, collaboration between peers, shorter turn-around time from submissions to grades.

Today, I used the quiz for the first time. Marvelous! The students (though not always happy with their scores) liked the immediate feedback in the See Results option.

Edmodo is outstanding! Just wish I could get my colleagues on-board. *Fingers crossed!*

I am priyanka. I am eager to watch the webinars and figure out how edmodo could help me enhance teaching in classroom. I have many groups of enthusiastic learners and it would be great if I could benefit from this.
