UPDATE: Thanks to all who submitted. We received so many great entries, we decided to select two winners. Congratulations to Lynn Woods and Sonia Obregon….you’re going to ISTE!

The Edmodo team is preparing to go to San Antonio for ISTE 2013 and we’re looking for one super passionate Edmodo educator who’d like to join us!

In addition to meeting the Edmodo team (we’re a lot of fun!), this is a great opportunity for professional learning and networking at one of the largest Edtech conferences of the year.

As our guest, you’ll spend half of your day sharing all your awesome Edmodo experiences with educators who visit our booth and the remainder of the day going to sessions and workshops of your choice.

How To Enter

Entering to win is easy – all  you need to do is share your Edmodo success story with us. We are looking for exemplary stories of using Edmodo (especially Edmodo Apps) to create increased learning outcomes and help your students become successful.

Share your story via this form by Wednesday, May 15th. We’ll collect our favorites and select one person to win. Winner will be notified via email by Friday, May 17th.

What You’ll Win

If selected, Edmodo will pay your airfare, lodging and conference registration. A team member will work with you to arrange your flight and accommodations upon being selected.

Note that meal reimbursements, baggage check fees and airport transportation are not included.

  3. Finding Edmodo was like hitting the Lottery-it changed my life as an educator!!! As a 7th Grade RELA Teacher and Technology Liaison I was able to marry Edmodo with innovative technology websites and it has been a match made in heaven. As a result, my student engagement has increased by 60%. Student achievement has increased throughout the year. We have used Edmdod to create common assessments for our RELA department and have also created a Cross Cultural Reading Group. In this group our students have interacted with students from around the country in an effort share their educational and life experiences. Using badges help motivate students and encourages them to do their best.
I have also lead PDs in my building to spread the Edmodo love. Now our building has Edmodo Spring Fever. Our principal uses Edmodo to conduct virtual staff meetings and professional development seminars online. Teachers use Edmodo for department meetings and of course with their students. My class is now virtually paperless due to my consistent use of Edmodo. Parents love the transparency and ability to track their chlld’s progress in real time. We have also used Edmodo to differentiate instruction, set students up in small groups, and target specific skills based on individual data. As a result our students test scores have soared by leaps and bounds.
Simply put Edmodo is an Educator’s Dream that has become a Great Reality for Students!!! I love Edmodo and would advocate every educator to use it and make their life and the educational experience of their students-the best!!!
