In an effort to make sure Edmodo educators are heard by every member of the company, we’re excited to announce that Support has opened up its doors–and the Support Community–to the rest of the Edmodo team!

Nearly every weekday at 1:00 pm PST (we like to call it “one o’clock fun o’clock”!), you can now expect to find a friendly Edmodo team member – whether it be an Engineer, Data Scientist, Designer, member of the Adoption Team, or even our CEO – ready and eager to help you in the Support Community. Our entire company is dedicated to hearing and understanding teachers’ perspectives, so we can use this insight across all teams to improve your Edmodo experience.

You may get lucky with which Edmodo team member is answering your question. Perhaps you’re trying to understand how to roll out Edmodo across your district; an adoption team member could be eagerly waiting to help you. Or, you want to know the best place to connect with other international Edmodo users; a business development member will have the perfect answer for you. No matter what, the Award Winning Support Team will also be there!

Take a look at a Support Community post in action:

What are you waiting for? Jump into the Support Community to ask a question, or even answer a question, if you’re an Edmodo expert!

I have been trying to create a small group In my ICT Mentor Think Tank group, but failed. I was not able to select members in the group to form a small group. Pls let me know what has gone wrong. Thank you.

I tried to attached a file to my post. I clicked on the file button and selected the file I wanted; however, it didn’t show up in my post. Additionally, when I try to link it again, I get a message saying the file has already been chosen. How do I get the file to be visible on my post?

    • Hello Elaine – Thank you for reaching out about this. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is a known issue that our Tech Team is currently working to fix.

Would you please email us at with a brief description of this issue and your browser/device information so that we can take a closer look at it, and follow up with you about its resolution?
