When students at Meadowbrook High School were asked to show administrators how their teachers incorporate the digital world into their classes, the students chose to highlight how their teachers use Edmodo both as an instructional support tool and a tool for professional development. Rather than writing an article for the school newspaper, the students produced a video as part of their MBK411 news series.

Under the direction of teacher Randy West, the students presented their video to the Chesterfield County School Board to show evidence of how teachers are incorporating blended learning into their classrooms. We’re thrilled that they also shared the video with us and we’d like to share it with the entire Edmodo Community.

Big shout out to Brittany, Brenton, Jeremiah, Joseph, Maricela, Kane, Linda and Joshua for doing an amazing job producing the video!

Awesome video! I love the fact that the students are getting a lot out of the use of Edmodo, and even better, that they made the video promoting it.

    Nice work!

Video was well done. As a adjunct instructor for Basic Computer Skills/Information Technology at the Central New Mexico Community College, I was looking for a way to give my students an alternative to the Blackboard Learning Management System, where I have explicit control on assignment posting and student response. Many of my students do not have computers in their homes, and many less have Internet access other than their phone Internet connection. So far, I like what I have seen from Edmodo.

Extremely proud of my school, Meadowbrook, and our Media Program for putting this together!
