We take pride in responding to teacher feedback and have a team dedicated to the little details that make Edmodo effective and easy to use. Some of your most requested tweaks, which are now available features, include:

Assignment Locking
Want to prepare your students for college and real-life deadlines? Now you can lock an assignment so students can’t turn it in after its due date.

Image Viewing Made Easy
No more open and closing pictures one-by-one when there are multiple ones attached to posts! We’ve made it so you can seamlessly scroll through everything at once.

View Post Reactions
Harness the power of student feedback by seeing their responses to your posts. Our Reactions icon now shows you the most popular group response, as well as individual ones, all in one click.

Archived Tags
Remember the tags you used to stay organized in Edmodo? Access all your previously created ones by clicking “Me” then “Archived Tags” in the upper right corner of your account.

Our goal is to always make your Edmodo experience an enjoyable one, so all you have to focus on is teaching. To help us achieve this, your suggestions and feedback are always welcome.

Please send your thoughts to support@edmodo.com and keep up with our latest updates in the  What’s New section of our Help Center.

    cool like the website

I am interested in having the calendar be part of the edmodo app. Is this something that is being considered for future versions? I use the calendar with all of my classes, but it is difficult for them to view it on their mobile devices.

  3. Dianne Aldridge says:

I too would very much like you see the Planner added to the app.

  4. Charley Dittrich says:

Thank you for all the hard work you do! Our class runs so much smoother with EdModo. I’d love to see full quiz functionality on the EdModo app, as well as the ability to leave comment assignments on the app for individual students.

Love the website. Still looking for the update of substance we’ve all been clamoring for. Underline, Bold, Italics. It’s not as flashy as a smiley face that you can apply to someone else’s smiley face but it makes the site a lot easier to serve its purpose.

Keep up the good work (I’ll keep my fingers crossed!)

  6. Jean Hall says:

I would love to be able to share quizzes I create with my teaching partners. We all teach the same classes and sharing makes sense. As it is, one person creates the quiz, prints it, then shares the hard copy with the others to create their own quiz.

  7. Amy Okamoto says:

I would like to have to option of scheduling when a quiz locks, so that I do not have to sit at a computer and lock it manually at the deadline. Thanks so much!

  8. Ryan Wieck says:

I collaborate with another teacher and it would be very useful to be able to share access to my assignments/quizzes/library. Seems like a password-protect portal shouldn’t be too difficult.
