Thanks to our global community of education superheroes, we just completed another successful EdmodoCon! With nine sessions and over nine hours of free professional development, we look forward to seeing how you supercharge your classrooms in the weeks and months ahead.

Product News & Updates
To add to the countless ideas highlighted by our presenters and discussed between all of you who watched, Edmodo CEO Vibhu Mittal also revealed that Edmodo now makes it easier to:

Express Yourself. Communicate how you feel in an instant. “Like” a post to give it a thumbs up, or enter your favorite facial expression to create an emoji.

Pin a Post. Want to make sure everyone gets the message? Pinning lets you place your most important message at the top of a Group’s stream, for all members to see.

Find Resources. Collaborate on Edmodo Spotlight, where you can publish, discover, and collect content that have been tried and tested by educators just like you.

Connect With Parents. With a brand new experience on the web and apps for iOS and Android, it’s easier than ever for families to get involved and support a child’s learning.

With more ways to foster communication, Edmodo can help make your next lesson even more engaging. Stay tuned for Quiz Sharing and Library Subfolders, coming soon to your teacher accounts!

Edmodie Award Winners
The ED-giest awards in learning, the Edmodies recognize those who use Edmodo in extraordinary ways. For the first time in its history, we opened the awards to nominations.

Join us in congratulating this year’s winners!

This was my first year attending EdmodoCon and it was amazing! I gained a ton of information and knowledge from the presenters and it gave me the boost I needed to get into school-mode for the upcoming year. I cannot wait for next year!

I am so disappointed I missed it this year. I had a training on the same day. I attended last year and really enjoyed it.

Wow the high school is so big I have to run to my 3rd and 4th classes but it’s fun for the first year of high school that is and my first year on edmodo

Would it be possible to hold edmodocon a little earlier in the summer? For the past two years, it has fallen during our first week of school. Therefore, I have not been able to attend. That is a busy week.
